Hi, I’m Guadalupe
After years of successfully helping hundreds of women navigate challenges with anxiety, depression, and life’s difficulties, I recognized a deeper need in the community. I saw the importance of offering therapy that aligns with each person's values, beliefs, and perspectives—honoring their individuality while helping them regain control of their lives.
I brought together a team of like-minded therapists who share the same mission: to offer compassionate, culturally responsive care and to reach more women in need.
