  • Our approach is eclectic, flexible, and tailored to each client’s unique culture, experiences, and needs. We take a collaborative and holistic perspective, empowering clients to take an active role in their healing while considering the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Above all, we are deeply committed to our clients’ well-being, offering a space of respect, compassion, and genuine care.

  • 50-minute individual therapy session: $200

    50-minute couples therapy session: $225

    We accept payment via Zelle, Venmo, and credit card (3.5% processing fee).

  • Yes. We are in-network with Aetna, Optum/United Health Care, Beacon, Carelon Behavioral Health, and MHN.

    If your current health insurance is a PPO plan, we can provide a superbill, which is a type of invoice that you can submit to your insurance to claim for partial or full reimbursement of the service. Please contact your insurance provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

  • If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
